Nebo u v\u00e1s p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00ed svalov\u00e1 vl\u00e1kna typu II a jsou tedy pro v\u00e1s p\u0159irozen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kr\u00e1tkotrvaj\u00edc\u00ed aktivity s vysokou intenzitou?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co konkr\u00e9tn\u011b n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee prozradit na\u0161e DNA?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dovou \u00falohu tu sehr\u00e1va gen ACTN3, kter\u00fd se nach\u00e1z\u00ed na 11. chromozomu. Tento gen k\u00f3duje protein, kter\u00fd se nach\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v kostern\u00edm svalstvu a pod\u00edl\u00ed se na s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed tenk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f, kter\u00e9 se skl\u00e1daj\u00ed z protein\u016f aktinu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V souvislosti se sportovn\u00edm v\u00fdkonem byl v tomto genu objeven\u00fd jednonukleotidov\u00fd polymorfismus (SNP) ozna\u010dovan\u00fd jako rs1815739. Na tomto m\u00edst\u011b se v populaci nach\u00e1z\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b dva typy nukleotid\u016f \u2013 cytosin (C) a thymin (T). Pokud se u v\u00e1s na tomto m\u00edst\u011b nach\u00e1z\u00ed \u201ep\u00edsmeno\u201c C, potom u v\u00e1s prob\u00edh\u00e1 tvorba tohoto proteinu v po\u0159\u00e1dku a na p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 m\u00edsto se za\u0159ad\u00ed aminokyselina arginin. Pokud se zde v\u0161ak u v\u00e1s nach\u00e1z\u00ed \u201ep\u00edsmeno\u201c T, potom je u v\u00e1s tvorba tohoto proteinu naru\u0161en\u00e1, jeliko\u017e tento nukleotid zp\u016fsob\u00ed zastaven\u00ed v\u00fdroby tohoto proteinu. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tato zm\u011bna v tvorb\u011b tohoto proteinu byla asociov\u00e1na s r\u016fzn\u00fdm typem svalov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Standardn\u00ed tvorba tohoto proteinu (d\u00edky genotypu CC) byla asociov\u00e1na se svalov\u00fdmi vl\u00e1kny typu II, kter\u00e9 jsou charakteristick\u00e9 pro rychlostn\u011b-silov\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 aktivity.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Naopak, naru\u0161en\u00e1 tvorba tohoto proteinu (d\u00edky genotypu TT) byla asociov\u00e1na se svalov\u00fdmi vl\u00e1kny typu I, kter\u00e9 jsou charakteristick\u00e9 pro vytrvalostn\u00ed pohybov\u00e9 aktivity.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A jak jsou na tom na\u0161i z\u00e1kazn\u00edci?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Genotyp CC si v sob\u011b nese p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 39 % na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f a genotyp TT m\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 13 % na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f. Zbyl\u00fdch 48 % na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f m\u00e1 genotyp TC, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se u nich tvo\u0159\u00ed I standardn\u00ed i naru\u0161en\u00e1 verze tohoto proteinu. Na\u0161i z\u00e1kazn\u00edci tedy maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed predispozici k v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu pod\u00edlu svalov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken typu II, kter\u00e9 jsou vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i rychlostn\u011b-silov\u00fdch pohybov\u00fdch aktivit\u00e1ch. Co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 celkov\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu nelze v\u0161ak zapom\u00ednat na mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 k n\u011bmu p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 plat\u00ed, \u017ee svalov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kna typu II je mo\u017en\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninkem zm\u011bnit na svalov\u00e1 vl\u00e1kna typu I, av\u0161ak naopak to neplat\u00ed.
