D\u00edky v\u00fdzkumu p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00edme na nov\u00e9 asociace mezi rozd\u00edly v sekvenci DNA, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159irozen\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed mezi lidmi a interpretovateln\u00fdmi znaky. Dok\u00e1\u017eeme tak ur\u010dit rizika rozvoje n\u011bkter\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nebo predispozice k hladin\u011b vitam\u00ednu v na\u0161\u00ed krvi. Nov\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00e9 studie zp\u0159es\u0148uj\u00ed predispozice spojen\u00e9 s hladinou vitam\u00ednu D v krvi. Pro na\u0161e z\u00e1kazn\u00edky jsme proto p\u0159ipravili aktualizaci v\u00fdsledk\u016f.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed jsme zapracovali 3 nov\u00e9 studie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V souvislosti s hladinou vitam\u00ednu D v krvi byly v ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 dob\u011b publikov\u00e1ny 3 rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 studie. V nich v\u011bdci porovn\u00e1vali re\u00e1ln\u00e9 hladiny vitam\u00ednu D v krvi s rozd\u00edly na \u00farovni DNA, a to na vzorku n\u011bkolika set tis\u00edc lid\u00ed. D\u00edky t\u011bmto studi\u00edm bylo objeven\u00fdch v\u00edcero genetick\u00fdch variant, kter\u00e9 statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u011b koreluj\u00ed s hladinou vitam\u00ednu D v krvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve v\u0161ech t\u011bchto studi\u00edch byl vyu\u017eit p\u0159\u00edstup tzv. celogenomov\u00e9 asocia\u010dn\u00ed studie (z angl. Genome-wide Association Study, GWAS), kter\u00fd je vhodn\u00fd pr\u00e1v\u011b k odhalen\u00ed v populaci b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch genetick\u00fdch variant, kter\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161inou samy o sob\u011b nemaj\u00ed velk\u00fd vliv na sledovan\u00e9 vlastnosti, av\u0161ak kdy\u017e se jich nasb\u00edr\u00e1 v\u00edce, jejich v\u00fdsledn\u00fd efekt m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00fdznamn\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b nov\u00fdch studi\u00ed jsme p\u0159istoupili k aktualizaci na\u0161eho interpreta\u010dn\u00edho softwaru a upravili algoritmus vyhodnocuj\u00edc\u00ed genetickou predispozici ke hladin\u011b vitam\u00ednu D u v\u0161ech na\u0161ich existuj\u00edc\u00edch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli zakoupen\u00fd DNA Complex nebo DNA Lifestyle test. V\u00fdsledky budou automaticky upraveny i t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b \u010dekaj\u00ed na v\u00fdsledky sv\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy DNA. <strong>V\u011b\u0159\u00edme toti\u017e, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f by m\u011bly reflektovat aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00e9 pozn\u00e1n\u00ed v dan\u00e9 oblasti, a to i za cenu toho, \u017ee se mohou \u010dasem zm\u011bnit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak vn\u00edm\u00e1 \u00falohu vitam\u00ednu D v t\u011ble nutri\u010dn\u00ed expertka Petronela Fori\u0161ek Paulov\u00e1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitam\u00edn D je nezbytn\u00fd pro prevenci onemocn\u011bn\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s nedostate\u010dnou mineralizac\u00ed kost\u00ed. Do t\u011bla se m\u016f\u017ee dostat bu\u010f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm v\u00fd\u017eivy, nebo m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vytvo\u0159en v k\u016f\u017ei vlivem slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. D\u00edky tomu m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161et nejaktu\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky pro na\u0161e nov\u00e9, ale i u\u017e existuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. <strong>Aktualizace v\u00fdsledk\u016f prov\u00e1d\u00edme pravideln\u011b a o tomto kroku informujeme v\u0161echny z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, hned jakmile jsou v\u00fdsledky dostupn\u00e9 ve webov\u00e9 aplikaci.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nahl\u00e9dn\u011bte do va\u0161ich v\u00fdsledk\u016f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zm\u011bnil se v\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdsledek t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se genetick\u00e9 predispozice ke hladin\u011b vitam\u00ednu D v krvi d\u00edky nov\u011b objeven\u00fdm genetick\u00fdm variant\u00e1m?
