Moment\u00e1ln\u011b je diplomantkou studijn\u00edho oboru &#8222;V\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 v\u011bdy se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na Public Health&#8220; na V\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9 univerzit\u011b ve V\u00eddni. Zn\u00e1t ji m\u016f\u017eete d\u00edky jej\u00edmu profilu <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/zdravieavyzivaonline\/\"><em>@zdravieavyzivaonline<\/em><\/a><em>, kde tvo\u0159\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed obsah zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd zejm\u00e9na na v\u00fd\u017eivu.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak se d\u00edv\u00e1te na modern\u00ed preventivn\u00ed medic\u00ednu?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011b\u0161\u00ed m\u011b, \u017ee preventivn\u00ed medic\u00edna z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 v kontextu glob\u00e1ln\u00edho n\u00e1r\u016fstu neinfek\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed hromadn\u00e9ho v\u00fdskytu (tzv. \u201cciviliza\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed\u201d) na v\u00fdznamu. Z hlediska nejen zdravotn\u00edho (na individu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni), ale i soci\u00e1ln\u00edho a ekonomick\u00e9ho je nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 podporovat aktivity vedouc\u00ed k prevenci a v\u010dasn\u00e9mu z\u00e1chytu onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0158ekn\u011bte n\u00e1m, pros\u00edm, v\u00edce o Va\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci s optimalizac\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed jako formy prevence onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>V m\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci se v souvislosti s prevenc\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji setk\u00e1v\u00e1m s nadv\u00e1hou, obezitou a prediabetem (tedy \u201cprest\u00e1diem\u201d cukrovky II. typu, kde je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e1me pom\u011brn\u011b dobrou \u0161anci zabr\u00e1nit pln\u00e9mu rozvoji onemocn\u011bn\u00ed). Nav\u00edc i p\u0159i rozvinut\u00fdch chronick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00edch jako diabetes, srde\u010dn\u011b-c\u00e9vn\u00ed choroby a dal\u0161\u00ed komplikace je mo\u017en\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u011b nastavenou stravou (a p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem) alespo\u0148 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b zm\u00edrnit negativn\u00ed metabolick\u00e9 dopady a z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bh onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Velmi intenzivn\u011b se tak\u00e9 diskutuje \u00faloha st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobioty a mo\u017en\u00e9 souvislosti s rozvojem neurodegenerativn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a tak\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed tr\u00e1v\u00edc\u00edho traktu na z\u00e1klad\u011b chronick\u00e9ho z\u00e1n\u011btu a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 st\u0159evn\u00ed propustnosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Na va\u0161ich soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch se v\u011bnujete osv\u011bt\u011b a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na t\u00e9ma v\u00fd\u017eivy. Pokud byste m\u011bla d\u00e1t \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016fm z\u00e1kladn\u00edch 10 rad, co zlep\u0161it a implementovat do ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota, co by to bylo?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159izn\u00e1m se, nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 vybrat pouze 10 rad, proto\u017ee pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vhodn\u00e9 n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho, ale pokus\u00edm se vyjmenovat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed principy reflektuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dast\u00e9 pot\u0159eby a nedostatky ve vztahu k j\u00eddlu na popula\u010dn\u00ed \u00farovni:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>J\u00edst co nejv\u00edce prvopotravin (s jednoduch\u00fdm slo\u017een\u00edm)<\/li><li>J\u00edst v\u011bdom\u011b &#8211; vn\u00edmat chu\u0165, v\u016fni, texturu j\u00eddla<\/li><li>Vyhradit si na j\u00eddlo dostatek \u010dasu<\/li><li>J\u00edst dostatek ovoce a zeleniny&nbsp;<\/li><li>Za\u0159adit do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho hlavn\u00edho j\u00eddla zdroj b\u00edlkovin (nap\u0159. maso, ryby, vaj\u00ed\u010dka, lu\u0161t\u011bniny)<\/li><li>P\u00edt dostatek vody resp. n\u00e1poj\u016f bez obsahu (p\u0159idan\u00e9ho nebo p\u0159irozen\u011b se vyskytuj\u00edc\u00edho) cukru&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ned\u00e9monizovat potraviny. Ned\u011blat z jak\u00fdchkoliv potravin (v\u010detn\u011b cukru, lepku, ml\u00e9ka atd.) stra\u0161\u00e1ka.<\/li><li>Nep\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bt to s konzumac\u00ed dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy. Jak\u00e9koliv dopl\u0148ky a vitam\u00edny by m\u011bly b\u00fdt indikov\u00e1ny rozumn\u011b &#8211; ide\u00e1ln\u011b na z\u00e1klad\u011b d\u016fkladn\u00e9 evaluace zdravotn\u00edho stavu.<\/li><li>Preferovat j\u00eddla va\u0159en\u00e1\/du\u0161en\u00e1, upravena \u0161etrn\u011b, v\u00edce ne\u017e j\u00eddla sma\u017een\u00e1. Konzumovat kvalitn\u00ed oleje a tuky.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Db\u00e1t na dostatek pohybu, kvalitu sp\u00e1nku a psychick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvc\u00edch otev\u00edr\u00e1te i kontroverzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed t\u00e9mata z oblasti stravov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u010dasto vyvrac\u00edte r\u016fzn\u00e9 m\u00fdty. Co jsou podle v\u00e1s naj\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00fdty z oblasti v\u00fd\u017eivy, kter\u00fdm v\u011b\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 v na\u0161\u00ed demografii?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>O m\u00fdtech by se opravdu dala napsat kniha. \ud83d\ude42 Za nejne\u0161\u0165astn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pova\u017euji striktn\u00ed d\u011blen\u00ed potravin na \u201czdrav\u00e9 a nezdrav\u00e9\u201d &#8211; dvouse\u010dn\u00e9 sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed a kategorizov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin podle r\u016fzn\u00fdch, \u010dasto odborn\u011b nepodlo\u017een\u00fdch a\u017e \u00fapln\u011b nesmysln\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u00ed mnoho lid\u00ed do rozpak\u016f a v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku ub\u00edr\u00e1 radost z j\u00eddla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jeliko\u017e jste sama absolvovala na\u0161i anal\u00fdzu DNA, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b <a href=\"https:\/\/dnaera.mnt.webikon.sk\/cs\/cs\/produkt\/dna-complex-test\/\">DNA Complex test<\/a>, byli bychom r\u00e1di, kdyby jste shrnula Va\u0161i zku\u0161enost. Co v\u00e1s ve v\u00fdsledc\u00edch p\u0159ekvapilo?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Predispozice pro rychlostn\u011b-silov\u00e9 sporty m\u011b v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b utvrdila v domn\u011bnce, \u017ee ze m\u011b asi nikdy nebude ide\u00e1ln\u00ed ultramaratonec &#8211; dlouh\u00e9 b\u011bhy jsem nikdy nem\u011bla v l\u00e1sce, ale o to v\u00edce se m\u016f\u017eu pokusit p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat samu sebe a d\u00e1t b\u011bhu (i kdy\u017e jen na krat\u0161\u00edch tras\u00e1ch) \u0161anci spolu se silov\u00fdm tr\u00e9ninkem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Velmi m\u011b zaujala predispozice pro ledvinov\u00e9 kameny a diabetes II. typu, kterou anal\u00fdza DNA ERA&nbsp; vyhodnotila jako \u201cz\u00e1va\u017enou\u201d. Ob\u011b diagn\u00f3zy se vyskytly u m\u00fdch bl\u00edzk\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch. Nevn\u00edm\u00e1m tuto informaci jako d\u016fvod pro obavy, sp\u00ed\u0161e pro m\u011b p\u0159edstavuje motivuj\u00edc\u00ed mo\u017enost reflektovat sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed z \u201cgenetick\u00e9ho \u00fahlu\u201d a podniknout aktivn\u00ed kroky proto, aby u m\u011b k rozvoji t\u011bchto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nedo\u0161lo.&nbsp;Z pohledu nutri\u010dn\u00edho terapeuta m\u011b velmi zaujaly informace o predispozic\u00edch k ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm nebo vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm hladin\u00e1m konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch vitam\u00edn\u016f a miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b m\u011b p\u0159ekvapil srozumiteln\u011b podan\u00fd informa\u010dn\u00ed i grafick\u00fd styl interpretace v\u00fdsledk\u016f, kter\u00e9 spolehliv\u011b pochop\u00ed i \u00fapln\u00fd laik v oblasti genetiky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ud\u011blala jste na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdsledk\u016f n\u011bjakou zm\u011bnu i vy?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e1da bych se v\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159ila na systematick\u00fd silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink. Vn\u00edm\u00e1m toto opat\u0159en\u00ed jako velmi dobrou investici do zdrav\u00ed s p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edm v\u011bkem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak byste reagovala\/postupovala, kdyby klient p\u0159i\u0161el na sezen\u00ed s takov\u00fdmi informacemi o sv\u00e9m t\u011ble? Jak mohou v\u00fdsledky z anal\u00fdzy DNA pomoci p\u0159i sestavov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch pl\u00e1n\u016f?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Informace z anal\u00fdzy DNA mohou doplnit vstupn\u00ed informace o pacientovi (b\u011bhem anamnestick\u00e9m rozhovoru, dotazn\u00edku a z\u00e1znamech stravov\u00e1n\u00ed). Anal\u00fdza DNA nen\u00ed diagnostick\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem, m\u016f\u017ee ale v kontextu komunikovan\u00fdch v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed pro klienta p\u0159edstavovat siln\u00fd dodate\u010dn\u00fd motiva\u010dn\u00ed faktor k uplatn\u011bn\u00ed zm\u011bn ve stravov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00edm stylu.
