Mgr. Radim \u0160lachta, Ph.D. se t\u00e9to metodice v\u011bnuje dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jeho diserta\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce tvo\u0159ila z\u00e1klad origin\u00e1ln\u00edho algoritmu, na kter\u00e9m stoj\u00ed jeho aplikace mySASY. Radim \u0160lachta p\u016fsobil na Fakult\u011b t\u011blesn\u00e9 kultury, kde se v oblasti v\u00fdzkumu v\u011bnoval t\u00e9mat\u016fm uplatn\u011bn\u00ed metodiky HRV ve sportu a vlivu pohybu na zdrav\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. Dnes prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm aplikace mySASY pom\u00e1h\u00e1 rekrea\u010dn\u00edm i vrcholov\u00fdm sportovc\u016fm p\u0159i nastaven\u00ed tr\u00e9ninku.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V\u011bnujete se anal\u00fdze variability srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvence. Co si pod t\u00edm m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159edstavit?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud hodnot\u00edte srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvenci b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn\u00fdmi metodami, m\u016f\u017ee se zd\u00e1t v klidu velmi stabiln\u00ed. Pokud ale vyu\u017eijeme k m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1stroj s dostate\u010dnou p\u0159esnost\u00ed (v <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysasy.com\">mySASY<\/a> m\u011b\u0159\u00edme s p\u0159esnost\u00ed na 0,001 s) zjist\u00edme, \u017ee se vzd\u00e1lenost mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi tepy li\u0161\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tuto rozd\u00edlnou vzd\u00e1lenost mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi tepy ozna\u010dujeme term\u00ednem variabilita. Tato variabilita je d\u00e1na \u010dinnost\u00ed\/vlivem autonomn\u00edho nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu (ANS) na srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvenci. Proto\u017ee je ANS zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za v\u0161echny procesy \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed organismus mimo na\u0161i v\u016fli, a aktivita jeho dvou v\u011btv\u00ed se z\u00e1sadn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na \u00farovni regenerace, stresu, adaptace na zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed atd., p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost sledovat jeho aktivitu skrze hodnocen\u00ed HRV obrovsk\u00fd potenci\u00e1l vyu\u017eiteln\u00fd jak ve sportu, tak i v jin\u00fdch oblastech \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co n\u00e1m anal\u00fdza HRV m\u016f\u017ee \u0159\u00edct?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejtypi\u010dt\u011bji ve sportu sledujeme \u00farove\u0148 regenerace a kompenzace p\u0159edchoz\u00edho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed l\u00e9pe definovat optim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010das a velikost dal\u0161\u00edho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. D\u00edky tomu lze v\u00fdrazn\u011b zefektivnit tr\u00e9nink. Vyhnout se p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 posunout velikost zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed co nejbl\u00ed\u017ee k hranici, kterou je organismus je\u0161t\u011b schopen zvl\u00e1dnout bez rizika zdravotn\u00edho po\u0161kozen\u00ed. Mimoto, lze sledovat i vliv psychick\u00e9ho stresu na \u00farove\u0148 regenerace a s t\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00ed adapta\u010dn\u00ed kapacity, \u010di z\u00edskat informaci o nastupuj\u00edc\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00ed d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e se projev\u00ed prvn\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed projevy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je mo\u017en\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161it (a tedy zlep\u0161it) hodnoty HRV? Pokud ano, co pro to m\u016f\u017eeme ud\u011blat?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Obecn\u011b lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee hodnoty HRV rostou s rostouc\u00ed tr\u00e9novanost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 souvis\u00ed se zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed adapta\u010dn\u00ed kapacity, tj. schopnosti pozitivn\u011b reagovat na tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Reakce organismu, a t\u00edm i HRV je ale zna\u010dn\u011b individu\u00e1ln\u011b rozd\u00edln\u00e1 a pr\u00e1v\u011b v mo\u017enosti sledov\u00e1n\u00ed a zohled\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto individu\u00e1ln\u00edch rozd\u00edl\u016f je asi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed s\u00edla na\u0161\u00ed metodity. Nic toti\u017e neplat\u00ed univerz\u00e1ln\u011b pro v\u0161echny, a\u010dkoliv se to podle mnoh\u00fdch metodik a prezentovan\u00fdch postup\u016f sportovn\u00edho tr\u00e9ninku m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t. Pr\u00e1v\u011b sledov\u00e1n\u00ed HRV m\u016f\u017ee u\u017eivateli v\u00fdrazn\u011b pomoci zorientovat se v jeho individu\u00e1ln\u00edch dispozic\u00edch. Po\u010det star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed se zvy\u0161uje a v d\u016fsledku toho se v\u00edce diskutuje o st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, st\u00e1rnut\u00ed a dlouhov\u011bkosti, tzv. \u201cLongevity\u201d. Jak se na tento fenom\u00e9n d\u00edv\u00e1te vy?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Z m\u00e9ho pohledu rozhodn\u011b nejde o, \u010dasto myln\u011b interpretovanou, z\u00e1sadn\u00ed snahu o prodlou\u017een\u00ed celkov\u00e9 d\u00e9lky \u017eivota. Tj. o co nejdel\u0161\u00ed do\u017eit\u00ed. To nejpodstatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed po\u010dtu \u201chealth life years\u201d, tedy po\u010dtu let, kdy \u017eijeme co nejkvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, aktivn\u00ed \u017eivot ve fyzick\u00e9m i psychick\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed. Naopak by se m\u011bla zkracovat \u010d\u00e1st \u017eivota pro\u017eit\u00e1 se z\u00e1sadn\u011b omezuj\u00edc\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi a v pln\u00e9 z\u00e1vislosti na okol\u00ed a zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mohli bychom \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee stejn\u011b jako na\u0161e testy DNA, tak i V\u00e1mi nab\u00edzen\u00e9 slu\u017eby jsou kl\u00ed\u010dem k co nejlep\u0161\u00ed prevenci \u0161it\u00e9 na m\u00edru pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dnaera.mnt.webikon.sk\/cs\/produkt\/dna-complex-test\/\">Na z\u00e1klad\u011b test\u016f DNA<\/a> lze odhalit p\u0159\u00edpadnou genetickou predispozici k r\u016fzn\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, jejich\u017e vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed projev lze \u010dasto ovlivnit. \u010casto t\u0159eba \u00fapravou \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu.
