V prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti jsme p\u0159ipravili recept na hlavn\u00ed j\u00eddlo a pol\u00e9vku, kter\u00e9 jsou b\u011bhem podzimn\u00edho obdob\u00ed dobr\u00fdm zdrojem energie, kter\u00e9 si t\u011blo automaticky \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u00edce. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsou oba recepty vhodn\u00e9 pro celiaky a takt\u00e9\u017e i lidi, kter\u00fdm v testu DNA vy\u0161la predispozice ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu riziku vzniku z\u00e1n\u011btu p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9 konzumaci kyseliny linolov\u00e9. Jako alternativu klasick\u00fdch sma\u017een\u00fdch \u0159\u00edzk\u016f jsem zvolila technologicky \u0161etrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nutri\u010dn\u011b hodnotn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed formu p\u0159\u00edpravy kr\u016ft\u00edho masa, a to formou obalen\u00ed ve vaj\u00ed\u010dku a kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00fdch lup\u00ednc\u00edch, nam\u00edsto klasick\u00e9ho trojobalu. Nam\u00edsto sma\u017een\u00ed jsemm takto obalen\u00e9 maso dala jednodu\u0161e zap\u00e9ct do trouby. <strong>Tento postup p\u0159\u00edpravy masa je z nutri\u010dn\u00edho hlediska vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong> a m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 alternativou pro celiaky nebo lidi, jen\u017e by se m\u011bli vyh\u00fdbat sma\u017een\u00fdm pokrm\u016fm z d\u016fvodu tr\u00e1v\u00edc\u00edch t\u011b\u017ekost\u00ed. K masu jsem p\u0159ipravila zape\u010den\u00e9 brambory spolu se sez\u00f3nn\u00ed zeleninou. Zvolila jsem d\u00fdni, mrkev a cibulku, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jsem v\u0161echno spole\u010dn\u011b zapekla. Jeliko\u017e mi z\u016fstala \u010d\u00e1st z d\u00fdn\u011b, brambor i mrkve, rozhodla jsem se ze zbytku p\u0159ipravit kr\u00e9movou pol\u00e9vku, kde jsem nakombinovala v\u0161echny zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 ingredience.
