U \u017een toto riziko bylo dvojn\u00e1sobn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e jejich otcov\u00e9 m\u011bli 50-54 let a v\u00edce ne\u017e trojn\u00e1sobn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u \u017een narozen\u00fdch otcem ve v\u011bku vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e 55 let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Bipol\u00e1rn\u00ed porucha<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bipol\u00e1rn\u00ed porucha je onemocn\u011bn\u00ed charakterizovan\u00e9 v\u00fdkyvy n\u00e1lad mezi manick\u00fdmi epizodami (nadm\u011brn\u00e1 euforie a aktivita) a depresivn\u00edmi epizodami (smutek, \u00fazkost, ztr\u00e1ta z\u00e1jmu). I v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tohoto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed jedna ze studi\u00ed pouk\u00e1zala na vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko rozvoje bipol\u00e1rn\u00ed poruchy u d\u011bt\u00ed, jejich\u017e otcov\u00e9 byli star\u0161\u00ed 54 let v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s d\u011btmi, jejich\u017e otcov\u00e9 m\u011bli od 20 do 24 let, a to a\u017e o 37 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Genetick\u00e9 predispozice mohou ovlivnit va\u0161i zranitelnost v\u016f\u010di t\u011bmto onemocn\u011bn\u00edm. V\u011bd\u011bt o nich p\u0159edem n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee napomoci p\u0159i brzk\u00e9m rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed symptom\u016f a \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prevenci \u010di l\u00e9\u010db\u011b.
