P\u0159esto\u017ee m\u00e1 obvykle benign\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bh, pochopen\u00ed t\u00e9to predispozice m\u016f\u017ee objasnit p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny n\u011bkter\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dubin-Johnson\u016fv syndrom je vz\u00e1cn\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 mutac\u00ed v genu ABCC2, kter\u00fd k\u00f3duje protein odpov\u011bdn\u00fd za transport konjugovan\u00e9ho bilirubinu z jater do \u017elu\u010dov\u00fdch kan\u00e1lk\u016f.
